1. Pre-Booking and Waitlist

By submitting a pre-booking request for our satellite internet service, you are joining a waitlist. This pre-booking does not constitute a binding contract for service, nor does it guarantee immediate availability of service in your specific location upon launch.

2. Pricing and Plans

The advertised plans ($50 for 1GB, $100 for 10GB, and $500 for 1TB) are target pricing for our initial launch phase in Africa. While we strive to maintain these price points, final pricing, data caps, and speeds may be subject to adjustment based on regulatory requirements, infrastructure costs, and local market conditions at the time of official launch.

3. Service Availability

Our service is designed to provide coverage across the African continent. However, actual coverage, speeds, and reliability may vary depending on geographic location, weather conditions, regulatory approvals, and network capacity. We reserve the right to prioritize rollouts in specific regions.

4. Communication

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive email communications regarding the status of your pre-booking, service launch updates, and official enrollment instructions when service becomes available in your area. You may opt out of these communications at any time.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms, our pricing structure, or our service offerings at any time prior to the execution of a formal service agreement. Any significant changes will be communicated to waitlist members via the email address provided during pre-booking.
